This recipe is made with layers of mashed potato and sautéed tuna with onion, bell pepper, and is baked; it is easy to prepare and the ingredients can be found in any market.
1 bell pepper, roasted, peeled, and cut into cubes
1/2 onions, minced
1 clove garlic, chopped
parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
mayonnaise
salt, necessary amount
vegetable, to taste in sticks

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the drained tuna, bell pepper, and parsley, and set aside.
On a non-stick tray, place a little mashed potato (I tried to shape it like a fish), spread it with mayonnaise, then place a little of the previous preparation on top. After that, add another layer of potato and spread with mayonnaise again.
Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C depending on the oven.
Put another layer of sautéed tuna on top, then transfer it to the serving tray.
