  • The first thing to make is the dough (base) for our tart. For this, we will need flour, butter, and an egg. First, we sift the flour so that there are no lumps. Then we cut the butter into small cubes. It is important that the butter is very cold. Once we have sifted the flour and cut the butter, we will integrate them to a point called sandy. For this, we will break down the butter together with the flour until it disintegrates and becomes sand. At this point, we add one egg and mix everything, pressing with our hands, until a dough forms. We should not overwork this dough. We store it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. We take it out and roll it out with a rolling pin until we obtain the necessary size to cover our mold. Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes. Set aside.
  • While the dough is in the freezer, we prepare the filling for the tart. For this, we will need the vegetables and the tuna. We grate the carrots and zucchini, and chop the spinach leaves. We chop the onion and cook it over low heat in a pan with just half a teaspoon of oil. When the onion starts to become transparent, we add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. We season and set aside.
  • When our vegetable mixture is no longer hot, we add 3 eggs and the tuna. We mix the filling well, and after our tart base is cooked, we add the filling until overflowing and place a layer of cheese of your choice for gratin. We put it back in the oven for 20 minutes and it’s ready!
