Tuna Balls with Potato

This recipe is very practical and a fun way to eat tuna, ideal for the little ones at home, very healthy and nutritious, and above all, it yields quite a lot.

  • 3 cans tuna, pain
  • 5 potatoes, boiled
  • onions, finely chopped, to taste
  • 1 bag breadcrumbs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • salt , to taste
  • 1 egg

  • Boil the potatoes and mash them very well, then drain the tuna and pour it into the potatoes along with the chopped onion, two tablespoons of milk, a pinch of pepper, 1 egg, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
  • Form the balls and press them slightly to give them an oval shape.
  • Then roll them in breadcrumbs mixed with flour.
  • Ready to fry and serve them as we like; my family enjoys them with white rice and fried beans.
