This recipe is very practical and a fun way to eat tuna, ideal for the little ones at home, very healthy and nutritious, and above all, it yields quite a lot.
Boil the potatoes and mash them very well, then drain the tuna and pour it into the potatoes along with the chopped onion, two tablespoons of milk, a pinch of pepper, 1 egg, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
Form the balls and press them slightly to give them an oval shape.
Then roll them in breadcrumbs mixed with flour.
Ready to fry and serve them as we like; my family enjoys them with white rice and fried beans.
