Tuna Bed with Surimi Eels

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 cans glass eel, surimi
  • pickled chiles, to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1/2 white onions
  • olive oil
  • green lettuces
  • saltine crackers

  • In a glass bowl, place the drained tuna, diced tomatoes, and finely chopped onions, pickled chilies to taste, and a few drops of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well and season with salt and pepper.
  • On a large platter, arrange the crackers. Each one should have a bit of eels, tuna mixture, a slice of avocado, and a piece of lettuce. Alternatively, you can use the lettuce just as a garnish for the plate.
