This recipe is one of my favorites, and I will share it here on this page that I love; you should try them, they are delicious, and I'm sure you will love them. It's one of my mom's many recipes. Enjoy!

4 cans tuna, (drained)
2 eggs
salt
pepper
tomatillos
onions
1 teaspoon ketchup
vegetable oil
fresh cilantro

First, we are going to chop the tomato and onion into small cubes, and also chop the cilantro.
Now in a bowl, we are going to put the tuna with ketchup and the eggs, and mix very well.
Add the ingredients you chopped earlier and season with pepper and salt to taste.
Once you have mixed all the ingredients and they are well distributed, form small balls and flatten them like a hamburger patty.
Sauté them in a skillet with oil until you can smell the delicious aroma and the color of the tuna has changed to a dark tone.
Ready to eat.
