Tuna Burgers

This recipe is one of my favorites, and I will share it here on this page that I love; you should try them, they are delicious, and I'm sure you will love them. It's one of my mom's many recipes. Enjoy!

  • 4 cans tuna, (drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tomatillos
  • onions
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • vegetable oil
  • fresh cilantro

  • First, we are going to chop the tomato and onion into small cubes, and also chop the cilantro.
  • Now in a bowl, we are going to put the tuna with ketchup and the eggs, and mix very well.
  • Add the ingredients you chopped earlier and season with pepper and salt to taste.
  • Once you have mixed all the ingredients and they are well distributed, form small balls and flatten them like a hamburger patty.
  • Sauté them in a skillet with oil until you can smell the delicious aroma and the color of the tuna has changed to a dark tone.
  • Ready to eat.
