Tuna Cake with Cheese

It is a simple, quick, delicious recipe with a nice presentation. Ready in less than 35 minutes, the vegetables and ingredients we can use are countless and it's perfect for summer afternoons.

  • 3 cups tuna
  • 3 tomatillos, sliced
  • 300 grams cheese, at your choice
  • olives, chopped
  • salt
  • oregano
  • bacon, optional
  • oil
  • 3 hearts of palm

  • Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil to the baking dish or pot.
  • Then, on top, place the tuna in small pieces covering the base.
  • On this tuna, we place the tomato slices, bacon (optional), hearts of palm, and salt.
  • Then place the cheese slices on top, covering it completely, then add oregano and chopped olives.
  • Finally, place it in the hot oven until the cheese melts.
