250 grams La Huerta® Mezcla Campesina
3 cans tuna
1/4 onions, chopped
2 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 lime, (juice)
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon soy sauce
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chicken bullion
1 cup salsa, tartar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Heat the La Huerta country mix in the microwave.
In a bowl, mix tuna, the country mix, chopped onion, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Incorporate everything very well.
Add the seasoning juice, Tabasco sauce, and chicken broth. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
Add ½ cup of breadcrumbs and mix.
Shape the croquettes and coat them with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat with a little frying oil.
Fry the croquettes until they achieve a golden color.
Place the croquettes on absorbent paper.
Serve them with tartar sauce.
