Tuna Macaroni Soup

One day when I wanted to step away from traditional food, I decided to prepare something that had vegetables, tuna, and pasta so that my children could eat some of the recommended foods from the healthy eating plate, and I came up with this recipe. I hope you like it!

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 package elbow pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup peas, cooked
  • 2 cups carrot , cooked and diced
  • 1 cup celery, cooked, finely chopped

  • Boil the peas, carrots, and celery in salted water for about 30 minutes.
  • In a salad dish, mix the cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, and celery) with the cooked macaroni and drained tuna. Mix carefully to avoid breaking the pasta. Set aside.
