Tuna Patties with Potato

A delicious recipe for any occasion; you can serve it as a snack or for a daily meal. The kids love it; it's delicious and they have no trouble eating it all.

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 potato 1 potato

  • Drain the tuna from the water or oil, depending on what you chose. And boil the potato in water for 50 minutes with salt.
  • Once the potato and tuna are ready, place them in a bowl and add 2 eggs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • And stir well; once everything is well mixed, start forming patties.
  • The next step is up to you; if you want to bread them or not, coat your patty in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally in the panko.
  • Now, in a well-heated skillet, add the oil; once the oil is hot, fry for 3 minutes on each side.
  • And finally, you can serve it with rice, spaghetti, or whatever you like.
