Tuna Patties with Potato

2 cans tuna
1 potato
3 eggs

Drain the tuna from the water or oil, depending on what you chose. And boil the potato in water for 50 minutes with salt.
Once the potato and tuna are ready, place them in a bowl and add 2 eggs, salt, and pepper to taste.
And stir well; once everything is well mixed, start forming patties.
The next step is up to you; if you want to bread them or not, coat your patty in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally in the panko.
Now, in a well-heated skillet, add the oil; once the oil is hot, fry for 3 minutes on each side.
And finally, you can serve it with rice, spaghetti, or whatever you like.
