Tuna Stuffed Rolls

  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 500 grams lasagna sheets
  • 2 envelopes Tuna with mayonnaise chilpotle Herdez®, 85g
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • oregano
  • fresh oregano, to decorate

Low
  • In a pot with hot water and salt, place the lasagna sheets, cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve.
  • Blend the onion with the garlic, the sour cream, the milk and the cream cheese until integrated.
  • Pour into a saucepan with hot butter, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • On a board, place the sheets of cooked lasagna and fill with Herdez® Tuna with chipotle mayonnaise, close to form a roll and repeat this step until you finish with the filling.
  • In an oven mold, pour the white sauce, place the rolls stuffed with Tuna with chilpotle Herdez® mayonnaise, add more sauce, the grated Manchego cheese and a little oregano. Bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes or until gratin.
  • Serve immediately. Decorate with fresh oregano.
