Tuna Tostadas

  • 150 grams tuna, in slices cut into small cubes
  • 15 grams red onion, cut into julienne
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 5 milliliters sesame seeds
  • 10 milliliters soy sauce
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 orange
  • 10 grams avocado, in cubes
  • tostadas, mini corn
  • 1 leaf lettuce, escarole

  • Cut the tuna into small cubes. Set aside.
  • Mix the juice of the lemons and the orange juice with the soy sauce and set aside.
  • Incorporate the liquid preparation into the already cut tuna, then add the sesame oil, red onion, and mix gently with a spoon to avoid breaking the tuna. Let it marinate for 2 minutes.
  • Place a bed of lettuce on the tostada and then add some cubes of marinated tuna.
  • Decorate each tostada with a cube of avocado, a cilantro leaf, and a pinch of sesame.
