Valentine's Salmon

  • 1 package salmon fillet, in thin slices
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt

  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, chopped
  • 1 lime

  • Remove the salmon sheets from the package, lay them out, and use a large heart-shaped mold to cut the salmon.
  • Place the salmon hearts on a plate and squeeze lemon over them.
  • Then add three tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Chop the chili and onion and sprinkle it on top of the salmon carpaccio.
