Peel the shrimp. In a pot over medium heat, place the mussels to open on their own and remove those that remain closed. Clean the clams and anchovies. In a clay pot over low heat, add lard, oil, chopped vegetables without seeds, and the water released by the mussels. Season with salt and pepper; add the seafood and anchovies, the wine, and a little water if necessary.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
