  • 1 Knorr® tomato bouillon, cube
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green olives, small can, with bones, previously rinsed.
  • 1 güero chile, small can, drained.
  • 2 cups water

  • Dust the fish fillets with flour, removing the excess.
  • Heat the oil in a medium pot and fry the fish fillets until they turn a light golden color. Set them aside.
  • Boil the water and add the Knorr® Tomato Flavor Cube, olives, and yellow chilies to taste.
  • Add the fish fillets and cook for 5 more minutes.
