Waxed Fish
Delicious waxed fish, ideal for Lent. With a layer of Parmesan cheese to gratin; it will only take you 5 minutes to prepare and 20 more in the oven, but you will see it will be worth it.

2 fish fillets , grouper or deboned hake
Parmesan cheese, grated
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Place the 2 fillets on a mat (or on plastic wrap).
Top with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese (or Gruyère), roll up using the mat.
Cook in a covered skillet (or in the oven) for 20 minutes at medium temperature.
