White Fish with Blueberries and Mushrooms

White fish with blueberries and mushrooms, full of flavor and baked.

  • 6 fish fillets , basa
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 can button mushrooms, drained
  • 6 tablespoons cranberries
  • 6 tablespoons parsley , chopped
  • 6 slices Manchego cheese
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons instant oatmeal
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • We grease a long baking dish or tray, place parchment paper on it, and put our basa fish fillets on top.
  • We add a tablespoon of olive oil over each fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and pour orange juice over it, trying to distribute it evenly to cover all 6 fillets.
  • On each fillet, we add tablespoons of mushrooms, blueberries, parsley, and oats, in that order, and finally place the cheese slices on top.
  • We preheat the oven to 250°C and cook for 45 minutes.
