We grease a long baking dish or tray, place parchment paper on it, and put our basa fish fillets on top.
We add a tablespoon of olive oil over each fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and pour orange juice over it, trying to distribute it evenly to cover all 6 fillets.
On each fillet, we add tablespoons of mushrooms, blueberries, parsley, and oats, in that order, and finally place the cheese slices on top.
We preheat the oven to 250°C and cook for 45 minutes.
