For the salmon:
Season the salmon pieces with salt. Grate the potato. Place them on top of each salmon piece. Brown in a pan with oil, with the potato side down.
For the garnish:
Sauté the vegetables in oil and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
For the sauce: Mix chopped parsley, pickles, and green olives. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and chopped dill.
Plating: Serve the salmon accompanied by the vegetables and sauce.
