Arrachera Sushi

Make your own sushi at home with this delicious Singles® arrachera sushi recipe. You can add spice to taste, and you could even make it with chicken instead of beef.

  • 1 package Manchego cheese, Singles® in slices
  • 2 cups rice, for cooked sushi
  • 250 grams skirt steak, cooked and diced
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 1 tomato , finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • salt , to taste
  • hot sauces, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • leaves nori, as needed

  • Add the cooked rice vinegar, mixing thoroughly, and let it cool.
  • Place a sheet of Nori seaweed on a plastic-covered sushi mat. Spread 4 tablespoons of cooked rice, fill with the arrachera, tomato, onion, and avocado. Season to taste.
  • Roll it up and cover with slices of Kraft Singles® manchego cheese. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
  • Serve with soy sauce or spicy sauce to taste.
