Make your own sushi at home with this delicious Singles® arrachera sushi recipe. You can add spice to taste, and you could even make it with chicken instead of beef.
Add the cooked rice vinegar, mixing thoroughly, and let it cool.
Place a sheet of Nori seaweed on a plastic-covered sushi mat. Spread 4 tablespoons of cooked rice, fill with the arrachera, tomato, onion, and avocado. Season to taste.
Roll it up and cover with slices of Kraft Singles® manchego cheese. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
Serve with soy sauce or spicy sauce to taste.
