  • Cut circles of rye bread using a ring of approximately 5 cm in diameter, making pairs; these will be the bear's head. Using a piping tip, cut smaller circles to simulate the ears. Do the same with the slices of cheese. Set aside.
  • Spread one of the circles of bread with cream cheese, add Smucker’s® apricot jam, manchego cheese, and slices of sausage, then close with the other circle of bread.
  • Place the bear's face on a plate, putting the ears on each side. Make small circles using the carrot to form the bear's cheeks. Use gouda cheese to make the nose and the whitest part of the eyes. Chop the olive to create the dark part of the eyes, the dot of the nose, and the mouth. Make a bow with sausage and green bell pepper. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
