Bolognese Pasta

Delicious pasta with Bolognese sauce for kids to eat vegetables, meat, and carbohydrates.

  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped white
  • 1/2 celeries, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 30 grams ground beef
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 50 grams short pasta
  • 1 pinch basil

  • Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef and cook for 5 more minutes or until the meat changes color.
  • Add the tomato and water, allow it to boil. Lower the heat, cover, and cook on low for 20 minutes.
  • Add the basil. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Transfer the sauce to a blender and puree. Mix with the pasta and serve hot.
