1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped white
1/2 celeries, finely chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
30 grams ground beef
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cups water
50 grams short pasta
1 pinch basil

Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook for 5 more minutes or until the meat changes color.
Add the tomato and water, allow it to boil. Lower the heat, cover, and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Add the basil. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Transfer the sauce to a blender and puree. Mix with the pasta and serve hot.
