Bread Pizza

For this easy pizza recipe, use bread as a dough option and have fun adding your favorite ingredients.   • 8 tomatoes, ripe
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

  • 10 sliced bread
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup deli ham
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1 cup red onion

  • Heat a pot with water over medium heat, wait for it to boil and add the tomatoes with a cross cut on the tip, then the garlic, thyme, and salt; cook for 5 minutes and remove.
  • Remove the skin and seeds from the tomato and blend in the blender with the garlic and salt. Fry the blended sauce with the oil and cook for 10 minutes, until it changes color. Set aside.
  • On a baking sheet, place the slices of bread and flatten them, add the sauce, cheese, and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, serve, and enjoy.
