Broccoli and Pasta Puree

Broccoli is high in vitamin C. If your baby doesn't like broccoli, mix it with a sweet vegetable like sweet potato or squash.

  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 50 grams pasta, Jungle Animals

  • Add the two cups of broccoli to a steamer and cook for 12 minutes or until tender.
  • Let the broccoli sit for 4 minutes and then mix it with the steaming water in which it was cooked. You can also use milk that your baby usually drinks.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water until soft.
  • Blend everything very well. If your baby is already chewing, do not blend the pasta and add it to the broccoli puree for texture.
