Carrot, Mango, and Dehydrated Pear Puree

  • 1/2 cups dehydrated pear

  • Clean and disinfect the carrot. Peel it and cut it into small cubes. Bring water with a little salt to a boil and cook the carrots until they are very soft. Drain the water and place the carrots in a blender jar.
  • Cook the dehydrated pear in boiling water until it becomes soft. Drain the water and place it in the blender. Add the mango pulp and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Let it cool and serve. You can store the puree for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, tightly covered.
