1 prunes, boneless
1 tomato , peeled and seedless
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups water

On the stove, we put a pot with water, sugar, and olive oil; when it starts to boil, we add the vegetables and fruit.
Let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Put everything in the blender and blend finely until there are no large pieces left and serve.
