Carrot, Tomato, and Prune Puree

Delicious mixture of carrot, tomato, and prune that your baby will love; it will also help with good digestion. Treat them to a tasty meal.

  • 1 carrot , washed and peeled
  • 1 prunes, boneless
  • 1 tomato , peeled and seedless
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • On the stove, we put a pot with water, sugar, and olive oil; when it starts to boil, we add the vegetables and fruit.
  • Let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Put everything in the blender and blend finely until there are no large pieces left and serve.
