Cauliflower Rice with Vegetables

  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/3 red bell peppers
  • 1/3 stems celery
  • 1/3 cups carrot, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 strawberries, for decoration
  • 4 obleas, for decoration

  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place in a food processor.
  • Cook the cauliflower in a skillet for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and place them in a skillet with a little olive oil.
  • Add the cauliflower to the vegetables.
  • Cook everything together for two more minutes.
