Chicken Burgers

These burgers are ideal for children as they are a way to get them to eat more vegetables and chicken. They are perfect for when your kids invite their friends over for lunch.

  • 4 burger buns
  • 500 grams chicken breast, ground
  • 1 carrot, in cubes
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1 cucumber, in very thin slices
  • 1/4 red cabbages, sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 mayonnaise

  • Mix the chicken with the carrot, chopped cilantro, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the burgers with your hands, place them on a tray, and refrigerate until ready to use. Cook in a non-stick skillet using the minimum amount of fat possible.
