5 grams vegetable oil , ( 1 tablespoon )
50 grams onion, ( 1/2 small piece ) diced
110 grams chicken breast , without skin and cut into pieces
100 grams potato , ( 1 piece ) peeled and diced
50 grams carrot , ( 1 medium piece ) peeled and diced
350 milliliters chicken broth , without salt
1 cup frozen peas

Heat the oil in a skillet or pot and sauté the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and seal on all sides.
Add the chicken broth along with the diced potato and carrot.
Cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes more.
Add the peas and cook for 5 more minutes.
In a food processor or blender, mix the ingredients until you reach the desired texture.
