Chicken, potato, carrot, and pea puree

Delicious combination of vegetables with chicken for your baby to obtain proteins and vitamin B12.

  • 5 grams vegetable oil , ( 1 tablespoon )
  • 50 grams onion, ( 1/2 small piece ) diced
  • 110 grams chicken breast , without skin and cut into pieces
  • 100 grams potato , ( 1 piece ) peeled and diced
  • 50 grams carrot , ( 1 medium piece ) peeled and diced
  • 350 milliliters chicken broth , without salt
  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • Heat the oil in a skillet or pot and sauté the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the chicken pieces and seal on all sides.
  • Add the chicken broth along with the diced potato and carrot.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes more.
  • Add the peas and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • In a food processor or blender, mix the ingredients until you reach the desired texture.
