Chicken Puree

Homemade puree is much healthier for babies because it is natural and can use 100% organic ingredients. This recipe is very easy and very nutritious for your baby.

  • 28 grams chicken breast , organic
  • 1 potato , boiled
  • 1 carrot , peeled and diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth , homemade

  • In a small pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil with the breast, potato, and carrot. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the pot and puree it with a little broth in a food processor or blender. Place in a small bowl.
  • Now puree the potato and carrot with the remaining broth. Mix in the bowl with the chicken.
  • Based on your baby's age, you can decide how smooth you want the puree. Mix well and enjoy!
