Chicken Puree with Carrot and Squash

The chicken puree with squash and carrot contains a good amount of iron, which helps prevent anemia in your child. This puree provides a good amount of vitamin C, which helps prevent respiratory illnesses, and it also contains fiber, helping to prevent constipation.

  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 1 glass water

  • Wash and disinfect all the vegetables.
  • Peel the potato, carrot, and celery. Cut them into medium pieces.
  • Cut the squash and chicken breast into cubes.
  • Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® steamer hole. Pour the ingredients into the steamer basket and place the lid on. Press the steam button and let cook for 20 minutes.
  • Place the vegetables and water in the Evenflo Advance® blender jar, press the power button to blend for 30 seconds. Add a little olive oil and process again.
  • Allow to cool and serve.
