Chicken, Rice, and Vegetable Purée

This purée is an excellent option to include in the early stages of feeding babies due to the nutritious content of chicken, rice, and vegetables.

  • 1 tomato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 1 zucchini
  • 60 grams chicken breast
  • 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 dash extra virgin olive oil

  • Peel the vegetables, chop them, and cook them along with the rice in a pot with water.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, add the diced chicken breast and keep it on the heat until it is cooked through.
  • Drain and blend on medium heat until smooth, using some of the cooking broth.
