For the happy potatoes:
In a bowl, mix the potato flakes with water until hydrated, add the egg, flour, cornstarch, and salt until a dough forms, let the dough rest in refrigeration for about 20 minutes.
Remove the dough from refrigeration, on a clean surface and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 centimeters. Cut with a circular cutter, shape the eyes with a stick or straw, and the mouth with a spoon.
Heat a small pot over medium heat with the oil and fry the potatoes until crispy and golden. Drain on Bounty® paper towels to remove excess fat. Set aside.
For the dressing: in a bowl, mix the ketchup with the ranch dressing until well combined.
Serve your happy potatoes with the dressing and enjoy.
For the Spaghetti with Sausage:
For the sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic and onion, add the tomato, then add the tomato puree, fill with vegetable broth, season with salt and parsley, and cook for 20 minutes until a sauce is obtained. Mix with the sour cream and set aside.
On a board, insert the spaghetti into the sausages. Cook in a pot of boiling water seasoned with salt according to package instructions. Drain on a Bounty® paper towel.
Serve the pasta in a bowl and add the sauce, Parmesan cheese, and garnish with parsley.
For the Rainbow Gelatin Cubes:
Using your Bounty® paper towel and oil, grease a square mold.
Separate the previous mixture into 6 equal parts (one for each color) and add the different gelatin flavors to each one. Pour half of the strawberry gelatin into the mold and refrigerate until set.

Meanwhile, to the remaining half of the strawberry gelatin, add a bit of condensed milk and mix. Pour into the mold once the first layer has set and refrigerate again. Repeat the process with each color in the order of the colors of the rainbow.
Once you have all the flavors, refrigerate your gelatin for another half hour to set completely, unmold, and cut into cubes.
Serve a slice of your gelatin and decorate with a bit of whipped cream and colorful sprinkles.
