Cold macaroni salad recipe

Don't think twice and prepare this cold macaroni salad for the whole family! This option is fresh, light, and very healthy, but it will also provide girls and boys with all the nutrients they need thanks to the combination of vegetables and grains.

  • Cook the pasta in a pot with enough boiling salted water for 8 minutes, remove, and drain. Set aside.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, cream, lemon, and mustard in a bowl. Stir and set aside.
  • Add the pasta, celery, carrot, cucumber, and the mayonnaise mixture and combine.
  • Serve the cold macaroni pasta in a bowl and garnish with chives.
