3 cups elbow pasta, of vegetables
1/4 cups light mayonnaise
1/4 cups low-fat sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1 1/2 cups celery, in small cubes
1 1/2 cups carrot, in small cubes
1 1/2 cups cucumber, in small cubes
chives, finely chopped, for garnish

Cook the pasta in a pot with enough boiling salted water for 8 minutes, remove, and drain. Set aside.
Mix the mayonnaise, cream, lemon, and mustard in a bowl. Stir and set aside.
Add the pasta, celery, carrot, cucumber, and the mayonnaise mixture and combine.
Serve the cold macaroni pasta in a bowl and garnish with chives.
