  • 1 bag Kids unicorn pasta 200 g
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, small florets, cooked
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in cubes, cooked
  • 1/2 cups chayote, in cubes, cooked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, once it comes to a boil, add salt. When it resumes boiling, add 200 g of unicorn kids pasta and cook for 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the cream, cheese, and vegetables, and mix until combined. Add the pasta, adjust the seasoning, and incorporate the parsley. Set aside.
  • Serve the colorful Alfredo pasta and accompany with a fruit drink.
