Confetti Soup

The classic pasta soup, enriched with a variety of vegetables under this new name of confetti soup.

  • 2 carrots, washed, peeled, and chopped
  • 2 potatoes, washed, peeled, and chopped
  • 1 cup peas, cut in half
  • 1 package elbow pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt
  • lettuce, washed and disinfected, well dried
  • pepper

  • In a bowl, mix the cream and mayonnaise, add the vegetables, and mix very well.
  • Add the cooked and seasoned pasta. Mix again.
  • Serve on a lettuce leaf.
