  • 1 package cream cheese, that are sold in triangle-shaped portions
  • 6 cookies, whole-grain-crackers
  • 3 black olives
  • black sesame seeds, for the eyes
  • 6 sprigs fresh chives
  • 2 turkey deli ham, into slices 1/2 centimeter thick

  • Take a portion of cream cheese and place it on the whole grain cracker.
  • Cut the ham using an apple corer or a small round cookie cutter. Two circles per cracker to make the ears.
  • Stand the ears up almost at the tip of the triangle. Choose two black sesame seeds for the eyes.
  • Cut the black olives in half and place them as the nose. Finally, arrange a curled chives sprig as if it were the tail.
