  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 10 grams yeast
  • 5 grams salt
  • 10 grams sugar
  • water

  • Hydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
  • Mix sugar, flour, salt, and oil. Finally, add the water with the yeast. Gradually add the necessary amount of water.
  • Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough comes away from the table.
  • Place in a bowl for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray with oil.
  • Add your desired toppings and bake at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
