3 tablespoons vegetable oil
10 grams yeast
5 grams salt
10 grams sugar
water

Hydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
Mix sugar, flour, salt, and oil. Finally, add the water with the yeast. Gradually add the necessary amount of water.
Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough comes away from the table.
Place in a bowl for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray with oil.
Add your desired toppings and bake at 200ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
