Dry Noodle Cupcakes

Make this easy and original recipe for dry noodle cupcakes with your loved ones, made with Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree that will give a spectacular touch to your recipe. Besides being fun, they are delicious to prepare with the little ones at home.

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fideo pasta, thin
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cups sour cream , for serving
  • 1/4 cups queso fresco, crumbled, for serving
  • 1/2 avocados, in cubes, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, fry the noodles until they turn a golden color, add the onion and garlic, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree and chicken broth, season to your liking. Cook until the noodles are soft and liquid is absorbed. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the dry noodles. In a previously greased cupcake mold, place the mixture and press down with a spoon. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • Place the cupcakes on a plate and serve with the cream, fresh cheese, and avocado.
