- 4 eggs, boiled
- 1 radish, in slices
- 1 carrot, in thin strips
- 3 tablespoons black olives
- 4 tablespoons hummus
- 4 Salmas Saníssimo®
- 1 teaspoon chives

- Place the radishes on the boiled egg as if they were the ears, the carrots as whiskers and nose, and the olives as eyes.
- Spread the Saníssimo® Salmas with hummus, place the egg mouse on top, and decorate with chives as if it were the mouse's tail.
