Express Beet Puree

  • 600 grams beet

  • Cut both ends of the beets. Wash and scrub them until they are clean. Place in a Pressure Cooker® and cover with water.
  • Close the Pressure Cooker® and attach the pressure regulator, place it on the stove over high heat, when steam starts to escape, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 35 minutes.
  • Remove the Pressure Cooker® from the heat, let cool, remove the pressure regulator, and open the Pressure Cooker®.
  • Peel the beets by rubbing them between your hands. The beets should feel soft when poked with a fork. Let cool.
  • Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth.
