Express Lunch

This express lunch recipe reminds me of when I was a child and my mom would make it; it felt like a festive day for me. It's also very simple, tasty, and nutritious.

  • 100 grams panela cheese , fresh cheese
  • 4 slices avocado
  • 1 cup peas, boiled
  • 1/2 squares unsalted butter
  • drops lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
