Take portions the size of a ping-pong ball and shape small oval croquettes using your clean hands. Freeze for 10 minutes so the fish nuggets hold their shape.
Mix the breadcrumbs and corn cereal in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Dip the nuggets in flour, then coat with egg, cover with the bread and cereal mixture, and press lightly with your hands until fully coated.
Fry the croquettes in hot vegetable oil at medium heat, it will take between 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all homemade nuggets are done. Set aside.
Prepare the sauce: mix the Greek yogurt with the white vinegar, lemon juice, dill, Smucker’s® Orange Marmalade, enough salt, and pepper in a bowl; you should obtain a uniform mixture.
Serve the fish nuggets and accompany with the orange sauce.
