Fried Ham Rolls

These Fried Ham Rolls are an excellent option for an original lunch or to serve at children's parties. Enjoy this easy and economical recipe and don't stress about what to cook. You can adapt these Fried Ham Rolls by swapping out turkey breast ham for Iberian ham or Serrano ham; even though they have a stronger flavor, they will still be delicious.

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1 chile, in vinegar

  • Toast the bread in an electric grill, microwave the bacon until crispy, prepare the cream with mustard and whip it to achieve a consistency (similar to mayonnaise), mash the avocado to make a paste (similar to guacamole without spice), cut the ham in half, place a slice of yellow cheese, chop the pickled peppers and crumble the bacon into fine bits, grate the carrot and slice the cucumber thinly.
