Frozen Pea Puree

Delicious pea puree for your baby. Frozen vegetables are a great ally when fresh produce is not available, and they have almost no nutritional difference compared to fresh ones.

  • 150 grams frozen peas

  • Place the peas in a steamer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain and reserve a little of the water in which the peas were cooked.
  • Rinse the peas under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Blend the cooked peas with a little of the cooking water to achieve the desired consistency.
