150 grams frozen peas

Place the peas in a steamer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Drain and reserve a little of the water in which the peas were cooked.
Rinse the peas under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Blend the cooked peas with a little of the cooking water to achieve the desired consistency.
