Fruit and Vegetable Skewers for Lunch

The best part of this fruit skewer recipe for lunch is that you can prepare them with the fruit or vegetables that your kids like the most and decorate them as you prefer.

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into 1-centimeter thick slices
  • 5 strawberries, small, washed, and disinfected
  • 3 carrots, large, cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 100 grams cottage cheese

  • Cut the kiwis using a cookie cutter in any shape you want and set aside.
  • Similarly, cut the carrots with a cookie cutter and set aside.
  • Cut the celery into medium sticks and set aside.
  • To assemble the skewers, take a kiwi and insert it into the stick, then a strawberry and repeat.
  • In a container for their lunchbox, arrange the carrots with the celery. In another lidded container, place the cottage cheese and on top of this, the fruit skewers.
