  • 1/2 pears, without seeds
  • 1/2 apples, without skin and seed
  • purified water
  • 1/4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 banana
Preparation

  • Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the pear and apple until softened. Drain, remove the cinnamon, and set aside.
  • Blend the pear, apple, and banana in a processor until you achieve a puree.
  • Pour the baby puree into an airtight glass container.
