1 package puff pastry
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 package tomato sauce, Italian style
1/4 pounds pepperoni
1 carrot , shredded girl
1 pimentón, strip boy
1 onion, strip girl
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Cover the puff pastry (previously rolled out and in a circular shape) with tomato sauce, place a slice of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Sprinkle the pepperoni to your liking on top of the cheese. On top of the pepperoni, sprinkle the carrot, bell pepper, and onion.
Roll up the dough and secure it with wooden toothpicks so it doesn’t open.
Brush each roll with a tablespoon of olive oil. Then, sprinkle each one with a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray and lay the rolls on the paper. Bake until the dough is cooked (about 20 minutes).
