Green Puree

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 chayotes
  • 1 liter water, to boil the vegetables

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Peel the chayote and cut it into small cubes, as well as the zucchini.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the water and bring to a boil.
  • Add the chayote and then the zucchini, remove from heat until they are very soft.
  • In a blender jar, add the vegetables with a little water and blend.
  • Finally, serve in a small bowl or in a flan dish.
