1 zucchini
1/2 chayotes
1 liter water, to boil the vegetables

Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Peel the chayote and cut it into small cubes, as well as the zucchini.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the water and bring to a boil.
Add the chayote and then the zucchini, remove from heat until they are very soft.
In a blender jar, add the vegetables with a little water and blend.
Finally, serve in a small bowl or in a flan dish.
