  • First, prepare the vegetables for grilling. Cut the zucchini, eggplant, red pepper, and tomato into slices or strips and place them in a deep bowl. Season with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet or grill and cook the vegetables until they are tender.
  • Heat the slices of bread in the same skillet to enhance their flavor.
  • Prepare each sandwich by placing the ham first and then the vegetables.
  • Decorate the sandwich with carrot, cucumber, olives, and yellow cheese to make funny faces.
