1 fish fillet, type of hake or Nile white fish without skin and bones
1 pumpkin, small
1 green onion, small
1/2 cups fish broth
1 teaspoon flour, or cornstarch
extra virgin olive oil

Wash the pumpkin well and slice it thinly.
Wash the spring onion well and slice it thinly.
Place the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables until they are slightly cooked.
Add the chopped hake or Nile white fish and let it cook.
Let it cook for 4 or 5 minutes. Set aside some pieces of fish that we will use later.
Separately dissolve the flour or cornstarch in the broth and add it to the pumpkin and hake, letting it cook for a few minutes until it thickens.
Put it in the blender and blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Let it cool and serve along with the pieces of fish that we set aside.
