2 telera rolls
4 slices turkey deli ham
150 grams Oaxaca cheese
1 tomato
mayonnaise, to taste
mustard, to taste
avocados, to taste
pickled Jalapeño chiles, to taste

Cut the bread rolls in half horizontally and remove the crumbs.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each one.
Add two slices of ham to each one and crumble the Oaxaca cheese on top.
In a pan, place the roll with the Oaxaca cheese touching the pan to melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is ready, add slices of tomato and avocado.
Add chili to your liking and close with the top of the roll.
Heat the sandwich in the pan on both sides and you’re done!
