Ham Sandwich

The traditional and typical ham sandwich, this is a basic and quick recipe for all kinds of occasions, you can prepare them at parties, gatherings, or simply have your whole family cook some delicious and healthy sandwiches on a Sunday.

  • 2 telera rolls
  • 4 slices turkey deli ham
  • 150 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • mustard, to taste
  • avocados, to taste
  • pickled Jalapeño chiles, to taste

  • Cut the bread rolls in half horizontally and remove the crumbs.
  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each one.
  • Add two slices of ham to each one and crumble the Oaxaca cheese on top.
  • In a pan, place the roll with the Oaxaca cheese touching the pan to melt the cheese.
  • Once the cheese is ready, add slices of tomato and avocado.
  • Add chili to your liking and close with the top of the roll.
  • Heat the sandwich in the pan on both sides and you’re done!
